Austrian Pyramid Black Pine (Pinus nigra ‘Pyramidalis’) is a decorative form of the Black Pine known for its narrow, upright, pyramidal growth habit and rich dark green needles. PLANT APPEARANCE
The tree grows upright with a columnar to pyramidal crown shape and reaches 8–15 meters depending on conditions. Its needles are dark green, stiff, and 8–12 cm long. The bark is dark and fissured, giving the tree a strong, sculptural character.
