Perennial or biennial plant with an upright bare stem up to 1.5 m tall, from which leaves with serrated edges grow on long petioles.
Blooms from June to September with pink flowers with purple veins located in the axils of the leaves.
Looks great in country-style flower beds. It has medicinal properties - it helps to treat asthma, pharyngitis, intestinal and stomach inflammations.
Should be sown directly into the soil in May-June. Blooms next year.
Approximately 100 seeds in a 1g package.

GERMINATION INSTRUCTIONS
Start mallow seeds in a greenhouse or indoors in end of the winter or directly in the beginning of summer.
Use a premixed, peat-based compost, or create a custom-blend seed-starting compost by combining four parts compost with two parts sphagnum peat moss and one part each vermiculite and perlite. Use individual 7 cm pots to start zebra mallow seeds, pressing one seed 3 mm deep in each pot.
Keep the seeds in a sunny window or greenhouse with a temperature between +20-+22C until they germinate.
